- You may not exceed the user limits specified in your subscription plan
Subscription Terms:
- License is valid for the duration of your active subscription
- Access to software and cloud features requires active subscription
- Data backup and export options available during subscription period
- License terminates upon subscription cancellation or non-payment
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to:
Payment Requirements:
- Provide accurate and complete payment information
- Pay all applicable taxes, fees, and charges
- Complete the payment process as required by the payment gateway
- Maintain valid payment method for subscription renewals
Billing and Renewals:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Payment Processing:
- All transactions are processed through PCI DSS compliant Razorpay
- We do not store credit card information on our servers
- Payment confirmation and receipts are sent via email
- Digital delivery of software access upon successful payment
Currency and Pricing:
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
- Exchange rates for international payments may apply
- Pricing is subject to change with advance notice

All software, documentation, and related materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that:

- We retain all rights, title, and interest in our software and technology
- All trademarks, logos, and brand names are our exclusive property
- Documentation, user guides, and training materials are protected by copyright
- Source code, algorithms, and proprietary methods remain confidential
- Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation
Your Rights and Limitations:
- You receive only the license rights specified in this agreement
- You may not claim ownership of our intellectual property
- You may not remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary markings

- We reserve the right to pursue legal action for IP violations
Third-Party Components:
- Our software may include third-party open source components
- Such components are subject to their respective licenses
- We comply with all applicable open source license requirements
- You must comply with third-party license terms when applicable
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystroke Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Limitations:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the software
- We are not liable for business interruption or loss of revenue
- No liability for third-party actions or content
- No liability for data loss due to user error or system failures
- No liability for compatibility issues with third-party software
Disclaimers:
- Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
- No warranty that the software will meet your specific requirements
- We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness
- You use the software at your own risk
Important: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Service Level:

This agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your license under certain circumstances:
Termination by You:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial periods unless specified in our refund policy
- You may export your data before termination
- Access to cloud features ends upon subscription cancellation
Termination by Us:
- We may terminate if you violate these terms of service
- Immediate termination for fraudulent or illegal activities
- Termination for non-payment after grace period
- We may suspend services temporarily for maintenance or security
- 30-day notice provided for service discontinuation
Upon Termination:
- You must cease all use of the software immediately
- Destroy all copies of the software in your possession
- Return or destroy any confidential information
- Data export options available for 30 days after termination
- Certain provisions survive termination (IP rights, liability limitations)
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
Dispute Resolution Process:

- If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration
- Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English
- Each party bears their own legal costs unless otherwise determined
